Broccolli & Cheese Soup

Here's a 1 point for a cup. I got this when I was in WW and LOVE it. I am a cheeseaholic. I add 2 cans of drained Rotel though.

Ingredients
3(14 1/2ounce)cans ff chicken broth
2(1lb)bags frozen broccoli
1 can rotel brand tomatoes and green chilies
10 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
Directions
1Mix chicken broth, frozen broccoli and tomatoes and chilies together.
2Simmer for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender.
3Cube Velveeta and put into soup pot.
4Simmer just until cheese is melted.
5This recipe freezes and refrigerates well.

I substitute spinach for the cabbage... it's easier and I'm lazy. ;-)
