At the Dollar Tree I decided that I would look at the vitamins/supplements. I saw one for weight loss.

It contains cider vinegar,kelp,lecithin,and vitamin B6. Since those are all things most of us supplement here I thought I would give it a try.

You have to take three a day and there are 20 in a bottle.

I started taking this and noticed a decrease in appetite and a boost in my energy level.

I have not been taking it for long but I will keep you updated. Apparently I am not the only one because they fly off the shelves real quick.

Keep us updated on those! I can't take anything with kelp right now b/c I'm on blood thinners, but I think I really need something like that for a boost. I'll try and talk my doc into letting me. Good luck!
