Hey Everyone!

What is the number one supplement that has worked for you.

I'm thinking of taking inositol. Has anyone tried it?

Well, I could never live again without my prenatals but otherwise it would be Acidophilus to control yeast irritation.

Kat,

I'm joining Contour's Express, a 30 minute routine that uses real weights. I think you may be correct! They are having a special for a lifetime membership, so I am going to committ to a structured program of strength training. Thanks for that advice, I'm going to take it! I will let everyone know in 6 months how I look/feel!

I've seen the ads for Contours and checked out their website. I like the fact they use real weights. Once you've tried it out, please post a review in Diet & Exercise.

The number one supplement that all women with PCOS should take is SOMETHING for inflammation and antioxidation. Omega 3's (fish oil) for example. This is because ALL disease and ALL pain begins with inflammation, and inflammation is usually caused by damage inflicted by free radicals (which antioxidents stop). So that's my suggestion. There are many other things you might need, but just about EVERYONE needs Omega 3's.

A good one to try has lemon oil added to help digest the fish oil, so it won't repeat on you (no good burping fish - YUCK). Nature's Sunshine's "Super Omega 3" is one that does, probably others, too.

Is it true that this costs $75?

I would say NPC because after only a few days of use AF is on her way.
