10 - The sunny, beautiful day we had today. The weekend was gray and gloomy and just to see the bright sunshine put a smile on my face.

9 - The email message from my friend just checking in on me because she hadn't heard from me all day. Sometimes, it is just nice to know people really do care.

8 - The safe driving I did today. I heard of a fatal car accident and should be more and more thankful of every time I arrive safely at my destination.

7 - The sound of my cat purring. She has cancer and I don't know how much longer I'll get to hear her purr, but it is something I am thankful for not only today, but every day.

6 - The lady I saw walking her two little dogs. They looked so cute and it just made me remember how much I love animals.

5 - The 10 extra minutes I laid in bed this morning before getting up for work. It was heaven!

4 - The article I read about what men really want in women. It gave me a confidence boost and forced me to look at some of my own behavior.

3 - The cooperative and helpful people I encountered while doing some work at the courthouse for my job. Sometimes those people can be so hard to work with, it was great when they didn't make my job difficult.

2 - The irritation I felt toward my mom today. I am thankful she is still here for me to be irritated with her, since a lot of people don't have their mothers anymore.

1 - The workout I did tonight on the treadmill. It is always nice to treat your body to something it needs.
