That's great! I am so happy for you! It's nice to see people out there losing weight and succeeding in their goals. I've actually tried NutriSystem, though, and it didn't work for me. I've kind of given up on the whole losing weight thing, even though I really need to lose about 160 lbs. But seeing things like this make me want to get up lose the weight! So thank you for posting this!

Wow, thanks again everyone - it means a lot for me to know that I'm inspiring others. I spent a lot of time feeling like losing weight with PCOS was a lost cause, but keep the hope alive, take it a day at a time, and know that it's possible!!! I know that these discussion forums are a great place to get inspired when you're feeling low, too -- I've drawn a lot of inspiration from others here, too
(and also know that even along the way I did have my days where I would slip up and still let myself have treats (like tonight - I'm on vacation and just went out for a fabulous Afghani dinner and let myself enjoy  ). When I did slip up, I'd acknowledge it, forgive myself, and keep moving forward, knowing the next day was a chance to reboot). Quote:

The plan is based on eating smaller meals more frequently and there are people who "follow NS" without buying the food. There may even be a cookbook and their web site has some great forums, too!
