 10mm follicle
ive been taking vitex 1200mg/day for 5 months now.. ive been getting my period regularly 28-30 day cycles.. last cycle i missed taking vitex for about 12 days cause where i live its hard to find.. anyway i got my period as usual so i thought i didnt need to worry about the 12 days i had missed taking it.. and since my cycle is fine maybe i should reduce the amount im taking.. so now im taking only one capsule 400mg a day...
this month i thought id get an ultrasound done to see if i was ovulating or not..
day 14 u/s largest follicle only 10 mm
i dont know what to think.. will i ovulate this month or not.. if so how late will it be.. if i ovulate late that also means i cant have a 28-30 day cycle.. how was it that the cycles i had before were that long ? did i not ovulate then either?
also could this be because i stopped taking vitex in the middle or because i lowered my dosage??
im going mad thinking over this? does anyne have any expereinces like this |
