14+ yrs with PCOS

I am a 35 yr old who has been married for 15 years. My only child is now 14. I have been off birth control since 1997 and no pregnancy. Facial and body hair started around 95 along with a steady weight of 220 mostly in the belly region. My menstrual cycle comes only 2 or 3 times a year with a few years of it being absent completely. I think the worst part of the process is shaving my face everyday and being overweight. I'm a very private person so online forums are new to me. I'm here today because I've realized its not going away on its own and the long term results are something I'm not prepared to struggle with. I am ready to start the weight-loss surgery process but just don't know were to begin. I have United Healthcare Insurance and live in Arkansas. Any advice you have would be appreciated or I welcome any questions you may have for me.

Do you smoke? I have had it for 11 years and keep gaining a diabetic diet works well for me. Did you want any other kids?

I smoke on occasion. I have heard about the diabetic diet also. Have you lost much weight from it?

yes very quickly. i lost weight with any diet you just have to go crazy and walk every day. Smoking is suppose to hurt your chances to getting pregnand but releasing andrones. My main question on that then how the hell do regular woman get pregnant???? I hope this helps
