Question Provera- what do I do if it doesn't work?

This was also posted on the TTC board, so sorry if you're reading it twice, I just really need some info... thanks!

I went through a round of Provera (10 days long) to induce AF. I took the last pill 10 days ago. Since then, I had very very light spotting for the past 3 days, but nothing today at all, not even anything in my CM which was white (I know, TMI, sorry). I have a sinking suspicion the Provera isn't going to work. My RE didn't tell me what to do if the Provera didn't work, and the packaging says it should bring on AF within 3-10 days of the last pill. Here are my questions:

1) Should I call my RE now (since I spotted a little and stopped) to see what she wants to do next, or should I wait until 14 days past when I took the last pill? I don't know why I'm thinking 14 days is important.

2) Has anyone been through this? Does anyone know what the next step is here? If she puts me on another 10 days round of Provera I'm really not going to be too happy, 'cause the side effects suck and I HATE ALL THIS WAITING. I'm on CD 52, I started the Provera on CD 36, and I feel like I'm never going to get AF.

I'm really frustrated. Any answers would be wonderful. Thanks in advance...
