Where do I start??? I'm not sure you'll want to hear this, but you may find that using herbal remedies is trial and error. I tried Vitex for a long time, and it made things worse. Other cysters use it with great results. Since PCOS is such an individual thing, the treatments for it are equally specific to the person.
I took a pre-natal multi that didn't contain copper, along with vitamin C, vitamin E, hemp oil, garlic, chromium, saw palmetto, a B-complex and the drug Metformin. Before I started the Met, I was ovulating on my own, thanks largely in part to the supplements that I was taking. But I had to experiment with them. The B-complex has had the added bonus of slowing the rate of facial hair growth by half for me. But it may not do that for everyone.
The point here is that each of us are different, and what works well for one cyster may do nothing, or even make things worse for another.
At one point, a few years ago, I had only 2 cycles the whole year. I am improving, but it has been with much research, support and trial and error. I asked lots of questions, read lots of articles and learned a lot from other cysters. Before you post a question about where to begin, try a search of the board. Search for your symptoms, or for the things that you're interested in. Spend some time reading what works and why. Learn what things do, and whether or not they would suit your personal profile.
There are many, many different herbs, supplements and treatments available for PCOS. Each is unique, and each deserves some study. Please don't jump blindly into anything.
Remember, natural medicine treats the person, not the symptoms. The underlying problem is hormonal. The hair, the acne, the rest of it... those are all symptoms.
And don't be afraid to ask questions if there is something that you can't find information on in a search.
