Honey, you aren't doing anything wrong. THIS *is* normal on met for a while, and if you're eating right and exercising, then you're doing all you can.

Don't give up! This drug has the potential to help you in ways you never thought possible. The way I see it, even with my year of side effects was MORE than worth it. Give it the time it needs, Missy. I know how hard it is being chained to the toilet, but it is temporary and does pass. . Try to think of the ways your life will improve if you give it the time it needs to help you.

As for your being on it before and not watching your diet...you were making the drug working harder to help you. Lifestyle is an even more important change than the Met. This is a long-term thing, and your body will come around if you are doing your part.

We're proud of you for sticking it out, and we're always here for support, sweetie. Hang in there.
