Thanks for the suggestions on aerobic exercise. I have a hard time getting motivated to do most any exercise, and I think this site is really going to help.
I have started doing Pilates 3 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes. I also have the Taebo tapes and a dance aerobics tape which I think I might start trying to throw into the mix for 2 days a week.
I do still have to take my dog for a walk every day, but with it being so cold now we don't walk as far or as long as the rest of the year.

Started on parlodel and metformin 1500 mg day. SURPRISE!! After ttc for 9 months we are pregnant! Quite a shock to both us and the doctor.
