The June Wt. Loss Challenge officially began on January 1, 2004 and ends June 27. Your challenge is to meet your personal weight loss and/or exercise goals in that time.

Weigh-ins are every Monday. Snowbunny or Jana will be posting a thread in the a.m. that you can reply to. Feel free to start ANYTIME with the challenge. Late challengers are most definitely welcome. All conversation re: the challenge will take place in that weeks thread, please

Tina is also keeping track of our weight loss and exercise totals as a group and each week will post the top 3 winners (errr....losers) of the group!
