I was a little confused too . . .

But what I did was calculate how much I wanted to lose per week for the month of Jan. (2 lbs a week X 4 weeks = 8 lbs).

Then I divide 8 lbs by 31 days and got 0.258 lbs a day which is closest to the 0.3 lbs day on the How to calculate tab.

So I copied the entire section for 0.3 lbs/day and pasted it in "GOAL WEIGHT TO LOSE" Column under the January tab.'

That gives you each day's 'goal weight' in the goal weight column.

Then I put my weight info under the second column of the two columns that read "Today's Weight" since I haven't lost any.

It's a REALLY nice spreadsheet once you have your info taken care of. Showing you where you 'should' be from day to day.

HTH
