I looked in just about every drug store around plus walmart & target & never found one, so I bought mine from drugstore.com

here is some info I got from http://www.ovusoft.com

A basal body temperature thermometer is required to be accurate to .2 degrees. Fever thermometers don't need to be accurate to that degree. Ear thermometers are even less accurate than fever thermometers. If you don't find a BBT thermometer, ask your pharmacist if they keep them in the back or if one can be ordered for you. If you still can't get a BBT thermometer, get a BD brand fever thermometer. BD makes both their fever and BBT to the same standards as BBT thermometers and they are the only company (that I know of) that makes fever thermometers that accurate.

hope that helps!
