I have finally found a general endocrinologist who deals with mostly diabetics and treats PCOS patients. So far so good (only one appointment), she's accepting of my choice--asked once if I wanted kids, I said no, hasn't brought it up again, seems educated about PCOS, and wants to work with me. I understand the frustration though, I've had too many doctors who only care about my fertility, and not my health.
