I want to join. I am setting modest weight loss goals of one pound per week. I am currently 287.5.
I am starting this week to exercise and change my eating, as well as increasing my water consumption.
I just got the PCOS diet book and am going to try to follow that. I actually have never tried a diet from a book, have always just counted calories. We will see how this goes.
