Thank you so much for your time and effort in explaining Metformin. I am so grateful. I have just booked an appointment to see my Doctor and I am going to ask to try it to balance out my high testoterone levels to help my irregular periods, acne and hirsutism.

Diagnosed with PCOS in 2003 - periods only every three months or so. Started trying to conceive in 2004 and conceived two years later thanks to Clomid, Metformin and IUI! Our darling daughter, Isabella, was born on 20 July 2007! Now trying to conceive again; taking 750mg Metformin and Utrogestan. I had to have large ovarian cysts removed and ovarian drilling in January 2009.

Both my husband and I are 32; we got married in 2002 and have been together since 1995!
