HI all...am checking in with the chellenge after a loooong time....was plateauing and so didn't have much to report...but now I'm proud to say that my weight is down to 146.3lbs/66.5kgs from 154lbs/71kgs...a total of 9.9lbs/4.5kgs...not much I know but I was plateauing for so long that even this seems great right now...am hoping that now that i've crossed the plateau I'll have a faster rate of weight loss to report.....
