I am am embrassed to admit it, but I am really confused about Calcium and Magnesium :o
I read the section where they were mentioned twice and still can't understand how taking met affects Cal and Mag.
does Met have a negaitve affect on Cal and Mag?
Should I be taking Cal and Mag supplments?
Could someone please explain how taking Met affect Cal and Mag, Please
