Unfortunately we need the lab ranges in order to evaluate your numbers. The TSH is pretty standard (it should be around 1.0 optimally, so yours is definitely off) but the other numbers require lab ranges in order to tell what's going on. Do you have the lab ranges on your results sheets? If so, please post, and we can evaluate properly.
From your TSH alone it definitely looks like something is going on.
