Hi Julie...sorry for your loss...and i hate to tell you but i went through the very same thing after losing my babies..so much so that a few weeks after having them even my doctor wondered and she gave me another beta!! She was sure it was neg but i hoped so much...anyway they said it takes a good couple months to get your hormones back to normal. I even had 6-7 days of 'spotting' like af which ive never done before..it hasnt happened since

i was told to wait 3 months 'at least' before even trying to induce my period (i need provera) so i could get back to baseline...

i think your body is just trying to regulate itself...and the pregancy hormones are still floating around in there making you feel things you wish were something else...believe me i know what thats like...my babies were due in one month from now.

But everyone is different...it wouldnt hurt to mention it to your doc...why not document everything on your calender to establish if theres any type of pattern?
