He is testing Free T4 and your levels there look good, actually. With levels like that for FT4, the high number for plain T4 should be ignored as not relevant. I would like to see what your Free T3 is (T3 uptake is a useless measurement). It's probably a little low or your TSH would not be that high.
Do you take a T4 only med? It may benefit you to try a little T3 with your regimen.
