The numbers your doctor SHOULD be testing is Free T3 and Free T4. He is testing Free T4 and your levels there look good, actually. With levels like that for FT4, the high number for plain T4 should be ignored as not relevant. I would like to see what your Free T3 is (T3 uptake is a useless measurement). It's probably a little low or your TSH would not be that high.

Do you take a T4 only med? It may benefit you to try a little T3 with your regimen.
