Default What should I expect??

I have to stop taking the birth control pill due to heavy fatigue (like being in the first trimester of pg when you feel the need to sleep all the time and you never feel rested) and my blood pressure shooting up. I want to know what I should expect in terms of my thyroid. Will it go up, down?? How will I feel? How long do I wait to seek medical help? I go in for some fasting blood work next week to get a thyroid panel done and a lipid profile. 3 months ago when I had my last panel done my TSH was .45. He said that was slightly 'hyper' but nothing to worry about as I was feeling really good. FWIW, I have only been on the pill for 2.5 months. I do not know the numbers on my T3 or T4, unfortunately. Any advice for me? TIA!
