Have you gone off the pill yet? If not, wean off it. Don't just quit cold turkey. If you quit cold turkey your body will go into rapid estrogen withdrawal which is nasty for thyroid patients.
What is likely to happen is that you will swing hyper at first, and then dip very very hypo next, and then your body will level out at your regular (or slightly more) hypo state.
This will play havoc with how you feel, and if you adjust your medication before you level out (it'll prolly take about 2-4 months) then you'll be sorry because you'll just have to adjust again later.
You could be lucky if your pills had low estorgen and not notice much change, but prepare yourself for the worst.
That being said it's better to be off the pills so whatever you go through in doing it, it's worth it.
