Thanks for your reply, Shenacat! How does one wean off the pill? I'm guessing I"d have breakthrough bleeding or something? Not sure how to go about that. I appreciate your insight on this. You are very knowledgeable. I think I'm still somewhat in denial that I'll be medicated the rest of my life. I keep thinking this thyroid business is a temporary lull in the scheme of things. It's only slowly dawning on me how I need to take it seriously. Anyway, anymore insight would be great. Thanks!
