POTATOES NOT PROZAC... I recently ran across a site called www.radiantrecovery.com. They have a 7 Step Program that I have been trying for my severe depression. I have tried all of the steps and feel better. The first night I had my sweet potato as a snack before bed time with brown sugar twin and vanilla flavor. The next morning I felt as if I was sedated or something...strangely calm. All throughout the day I also noticed the calmness. Get the book from the library and try the things they suggest...please! They have a lot of great suggestions on the web site for meals and tons of stories about recovery and weight loss...
It has really helped me.
