I've recently noticed the skin above my lip is much darker than the rest of my face, giving me a "mustached" appearance. I know it's not stubble, because I don't have dark hair there. I've noticed this more now that my skin is a little more tan. Does anyone know what this is? And how to minimize/get rid of this?
