Family situation:I've been married for almost a year to my lovely husband Geoff with 3 cats (Yoda, Cody and Tigger)
PCOS symptoms initial symptoms: I've never had a period, centrally obese, facial hair.
Worst thing about PCOS: Not getting pregnant and looking like Chebacca
Medication used currently: metformin, although I've been on it for 2 years and it's done sweet FA
NHS or Private: NHS. My docotr is fabulous, my endo is bl;oody useless and has refused to treat me unless I lose 1 more pound (I've lost 3 stone in 2 years)

Any other information: Geoff and I have become so disilussioned with any treatment for my condition that we have stopped totally. I know this may sound a bit drastic but I've had enough of condesending doctors and unsupportive nurses (One told me to 'buck my ideas up' when I said I couldn't make an apointment because of a family emergency). So we are being approved to be adoptive parents.
