Hi Strawberry (fella berry cyster...)

I wasn't sure of what the hard white shell was either so I decided to look into this matter more.

Here is what I found:

PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) gets its name from the many cysts that form in the ovaries. A normal ovary is soft and pink whereas a PCOS ovary has a hard, pearly, white shell around it.
