I'm going to start Metformin in a few months time (when the Endo. sees that i haven't had a period in months). I want to find a comprehensive list of supplements that I will need to take and also things to avoid whilst taking it . I 'm rather concerned about the toxicity of Met. and want to do everything possible to flush those out of the system and keep the liver/kidneys healthy
I'll post you when I find out!!
- - how are you feeling on Met. and have you lost any weight?
