 What worked for me
I saw a derm last year for acne that was worse than I've ever had. (I wasn't diagnosed with PCOS until last week).
She wanted me to take an oral drug, but I really wanted to avoid that, so I chose not to.
She gave me Klaron lotion to put on in the a.m. and Differin cream to put on at night.
I was my face with Cetaphil (you can buy this at Wal Mart)
This has worked GREAT!! I don't even use the Klaron and Differin every night anymore. Now I just use them when I have a flare up!
