I started Kariva (generic Mircette) this week after being off BCPs for about 5 years. Sunday start & the last two days I've been weepy and generally feeling really blue. My mentor asked me today if I was okay because she said I look so unhappy and I just started to cry. The holiday season has not been one of my favorites for a couple of years, but I've never been like this.

Have I been on these things long enough for them to make me so sad or am I just worse this year?
