have you tried yasmine? I can not take bcp's for I have a horrible time with them and I become maniac and depressed and down right crazy. I got off of them and then I had to get back on them after years of not having to take them and my dr put me on YASMINE! And I love it!!! my moods are very stable and I am feeling the best that I have in years and years
