Hi

I don't know if this helps but I've tried swimming. There is no pressure on your joints. It relaxing and you can work as hard as you want.

I'm aiming for about two times a week.

If you don't feel comfortable then go on ladies morning or hour.

You could also try a good brisk walk. It gets the blood pumping. You walk everyday, why not try to walk a litte faster.

If there's no sweat you need to walk a little faster.

Don't worry about going mad and walking too fast. Just enough so you can feel it, but not too much if you are not used to exercise.
