Erythomiycin is supposed to be safe for use during pregnancy. You will need a prescription and you should inform your dermatologist of your intention to become pregnant because it's been a while since I read about it and you know how rapid medical information changes. It's applied topically and while it's not as strong as other meds, it's something. In the meatime, I would try OTC meds with salycilic acid. Good luck!!!
