actually i convinced myself that i needed to take it, and i just swallowed easy. it went down fine. but i'm really scared of the side effects....i'm such a baby!! I'm worried about work and having these GI s/e. i work on an ambulance and i can't just stop everything and poop!!!! grrrr
can't believe i'm going to have to take 3 eventually....
