I'm dealing with the same thing hun. I'm on both met and provera, because of IR and my mensus doesn't stop on it's own. I had one that lasted from last August til Feb when I had a D&C done, and started the provera and met togather in April. I'm still kind of waiting for by cycles to get balanced out here. I've noticed that most of the women here are getting bumped to higher doses of met after a few weeks, but he has me stuck on 500mg of the extended release. So the spiro does wk? I have quite the beard!
I feel for you hun...and anyone who goes through all of this.

PCOS Diagnosed in Feb 2005 after 20 yrs of symptoms.
Endometrial Cancer stage 1A.
Metformin ER 500mg
Provera 20mg - 18 day treatment til Surgery
Have chosen not to take Spiro til after surgery
Uterine Biopsy done June 15th-results are in
Hysterectomy in August. Everything is going to be ok.
