Dear Hezzer,
You mention in your posting: "As I will discuss below, hair follicle sensitivity is highly treatable".... that's exactly what I suffer from and am desperate to see how I can treat it. However, I can't see the passage where you discuss the treatment of follicle sensitivity... please can you point me in the right direction?
