Hi all,
Firstly, I tried to look up Dr Kidson's article and the link didn't work, but I found it on the MJA website (I think) http://www.mja.com.au/public/issues/nov16/kidson/kidson.html
Also, I currently see Dr Ellen Campion in Maroubra (Sydney) who is very good. I have seen several doctors in Melbourne who didn't pick up my symptoms and should have, but let's not go there...
