That said, I LOVE BCBS. I wouldn't have insurance with anyone except them or Aetna. I have excellent options with both companies.

Oh yeah, Viv, I totally believe in your case it was about saving money and the way they handled it was insulting. As if you'd have that surgery if you didn't need it

I think they have different reasons for contacting people and it always has something to do with their bottom line and nothing to do with the person's health.
