Default Benefit Get Even

I have roseacea as well as some cystic acne scarring. Up until one month ago, i was using Revlon Colorstay liquid make-up to cover the flaws.

I was convinced in a walk-by make-up lady ambush(very nice lady though) to give the Get Even a try.

Wow, I'm impressed. She took a big fluffy brush a swooshed it around the pressed powder in the compact and then flipped it quickly over my entire face. Then she went over a second time over the areas that needed more coverage (my nose, cheeks and chin). The flaws disappeared under a nice matte silky feeling layer that was not heavy nor did it cake.

When i returned home about 4-6 hours later, i was expecting to see the usual blotchy oil-slicked mess that i usually see in the mirror. However, what i actually saw was great looking skin that had no oily residue and the powder had stayed exactly where she had put it! (i have to mention here that i trained myself to never touch my face after my makeup is applied so i don't know how the powder would stand up to rubbing, or patting etc).

I haven't used my liquid foundation since and i have also developed the habit of frequent gentle exfoliation so that my skin is soft and smooth to start with...

I highly recommend this product and have purchased it again as i don't want to run out...it sops up oil and does not leave a mineral shimmer at all...
