As to the yeast comment... I had horrible horrible allergy and sinus problems and after years of the Dr not being able to find out what was wrong my mother bought me the book the yeast connection i read it became convinced that was my problem and found a product called Three-lac. Within a month my problems ceased and I havent had an allergy or sinus problem in over 2 years! If you search this to buy it DONT pay over 49.99 There are independant dist. on this and some charge retail value of somewhere around $65. You can get this on numberous websites including ebay. i had tried other pro-biotics which I am sure you tried as well but none worked anywhere as well as this one did
