I have been diagnosed with both and have had three surgeries and one miscarriage. Trying to get pregnant was not easy, it took about every three years for me. I have had a d&C and laparascopic surgery before and after each pregnancy. My Doctor was considering a hysterectomy because the bleeding was getting out of control. See if you can be placed on a birth control pill to regulate your period for a few months, so you can somehow predict when the next cycle will be. Ask your doctor for the gestation wheel,(this sounds crazy, but I was desperate) you'll be able to track what days are your conception days.
