I lost 10 pounds in the first trimester. I had m/s but not the puking kind (well, just a few times!) But I ate all the time to keep the m/s at bay. Around 20-25 weeks I did put on some poundage quite rapidly, but I'm still only up 10-15 pounds or so from prepreg weight. It seems like the body "grabs" calories differently at different times in pregnancy, IME. |
