Well, that's fabulous! I'm going to the bathroom constantly...but I'm also drinking tons of water and green tea.
I can relate to the unhealthy choices for fast food. I've made a promise to myself that the only fast food joint I'm going to visit is Subway. Even then, I tend to gravitate towards the highest calorie sandwich--I can't resist the seafood sub. Perhaps if you set small goals for the fast food visits, it may help--for example, buy diet coke at home, and order a small regular coke--mix it with a can of diet to get a large serving. Or if you have a Wendy's feel free to get the greasy burger, but opt for chili or side salad instead of the french fries. Baby steps have helped me.
