I have BCBS and my PCOS is covered with the exception of infertility issues. I would fight that. I would also call and talk to more than 1 person, and get names of the people you are talking to. Keep asking for the person's supervisor until you can get an adequate explanation. Insurance companies are pros at "not knowing" what is going on. If you don't fight it, they don't pay.
