You're lucky you can get covered. When I was a student and could no longer be covered by my parents, I tried to get coverage and they denied me based on PCOS alone. They said it's not the PCOS they're worried about, it's the infertility treatment, and since that's a potential problem, they wouldn't take me on. I had to deal with student health coverage (which is basically nothing except cheap meds) for a few years until I married and got onto my hubbie's plan. Best of luck!
