I've got a $100,000 policy, and when we went in, I told them everything upfront, and I actually insisted on the tests (their policy is to only do it for $500,000 or above). I do have slightly elivated cholesterol levels, but I have low BP and am fairly healthy even though I am very obese. I was approved without a problem, and they will give me more if I want it. I can't think of how much I pay a month though.
