I took my first met tonight at 6:30. I am trying to read as much as possible about met so i know what to expect. do have a ? about suppliments. read that people taking met should take extra vit. B and calcium plus mulitvite. they dont react bad to each other? So guess i will just keep taking them...well will have to get the calcium...each morning like i always do. Anything else i should take to help w/any symptoms? Guess i should wait till i get the symptoms before asking for help shouldnt i? lol |
