Vinegar does the same thing as Met without the side-effects, so you may decide to take it for insulin resistance instead of Met. I personally don't think it would do any harm to take them both at the same time, but you may wish to present the study findings to your health care provider to get a definitive answer; an ND might be more receptive.

I prefer
Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar : they have a long and respected reputation and give you a high quality product. They also have many loyal and even royal customers. I used Trader Joe's (had it on hand at the time), but switched to Bragg's... I compared the two and found Bragg's to be a superior product.
